The most relevant bug on Instagram is at least one time we all have – the audio from old videos suddenly gets lost.  Now Meta brought Accessing Audio on older feed post Instagram.

Finally, Meta has noticed the issue where audio from videos on the platform from a few years ago has disappeared randomly, and now, fortunately, Meta has officially confirmed that a fix is on the way.

The users on Instagram usually face an issue that some of their oldest video posts have randomly lost their audio. Due to a bug fix, the video still plays properly but without sound, which seems quite irritating. This is a countable bug that should be fixed.

A couple of months ago, some Instagram users noted that videos from around 2014 and before that have suddenly lost audio, with the videos still playing but without any sound, even after trying to boost the volume or unmute the video is futile, as there is just no audio track to be found.

It is expected that the brand will soon deliver the fix to this unwanted issue, and it will occur across the Android and iOS applications, as well as on the web.

It would appear that, finally, Meta is aware of the bug and starts working to fix it. However, it has not yet been confirmed when the brand will deliver the fix for this frustrating bug. Once the fix arrives, the audio might return to the old Instagram videos.
