Users must have at least 1K subscribers to be rewarded with 50% of the revenue from ads. Apart from this, users will have to activate monetization for ads. Channel owners can also claim and withdraw their share with no deduction or withdrawal charges.

Users will be able to transact coins with the help of Toncoins, which are cryptocurrency coins powered by the TON Blockchain. The company said to use this because of low fees, high transaction speed, and the fact that it is easy to access and hold records for the number of broad transactions possible in a second. Telegram also introduced a new type of ad so that users can easily pick their bot or channel with a low budget to promote and easily control their context.

Telegram verified that they would advertise in large public channels. However, it did not mention the number of subscribers to the channels.
