Microsoft To Introduce The Next Version Of Windows, But It’s Not Windows 12

Story Highlights
  • Microsoft is currently planning to bring something major to its Windows 11 operating system.
  • Microsoft will introduce the Windows 11 24H2 instead of Window 12
  • Window 24H2 is also expected to sport some high-level AI-integrated features and capabilities across the entire Operating system.

It’s been a while since we heard about certain leaks and rumours that significantly offer close hints regarding the launch of Windows 12. However, they were just rumours, as Microsoft neither officially stated anything about the arrival of Windows 12 nor did it exist in any way. Instead, Microsoft will introduce the Windows 11 24H2, which is expected to arrive by the end of this year.

Microsoft focuses on developing AI-powered features and delivering the best-ever user experience. Windows 12, Microsoft’s next operating system, is not expected to come by the end of this year, as Microsoft is currently planning to bring something major to its Windows 11 operating system.

At the same time, Windows 11 24H2 is considered to be a worthy upgrade, as Microsoft is among the most prominent leaders in the IT world, actively engaged in using and incorporating AI-powered features and improving user experience. Meanwhile, the 24H2 is also expected to sport some high-level AI-integrated features and capabilities across the entire Operating system.

Furthermore, there are a lot of rumoured wordings that significantly point towards the fact that Microsoft is going to stick with Windows 11 rather than introduce the next version of the Windows operating system. Simultaneously, the Windows 11 24H2 is considered the major upgrade to the Windows 11 operating system, as the current Windows 11 is not very popular among the users, but adding another new OS to the category will result in a clearer situation for the users. So, customers probably would not expect the launch of Windows 12, at least in 2024.
