Google Confirms Its Find My Device Network For Android Is Coming Soon

For a long time, Google has been planning to introduce its Find My Device network, but has faced some significant delays due to Apple’s implementation of the latest iOS 17.5. Later on, the company finally began rolling out the Find My Device network to some selected Android users. With that, Google has officially revealed the date of the arrival of the Find My Device network for Android.

Google’s Find My Device network brings several amazing functionalities, allowing Android phones to significantly track and locate missing devices, headphones, or more. However, Google has to face some unwanted delay to launch its Find My Device network due to Apple’s implementation of protection in its iPhones. In contrast, Google has finally disclosed that its most-awaited network is arriving soon for all Android owners.

Google has just sent an official email to some Android owners, clarifying that the network will be launched either on Sunday, April 7th, or on Monday, April 8th, respectively. Surprisingly, soon after Google’s announcement of the arrival of the Find My Device network, several Android users who had already enrolled themselves in the Google Play Services beta began noticing the settings of the network. However, it was not functional.

Moreover, Google further explained that with the Find My Device network, Android owners will easily be able to track and locate the missing devices even when they are offline. As a matter of fact, Google should mention certain important things about the Find My Device network, as it seems like this new network is turned on by default. Also, Google makes sure that the setting should be applied to all the Android phones that are linked to the Google Account while choosing either of the settings.
