Samsung: How Many Software Updates Will Samsung Galaxy A15 5G and A15 4G Get?

Samsung has always been consistent in offering OS updates to all of its Galaxy devices, and the brand covers a lot of devices. In contrast, Samsung’s A series is considered to be the most budget-focused series and comprises numerous devices, including the Galaxy A15 5G and A15 4G, respectively. As the great Korean brand has its dignified software update policy for all the devices, let’s have a look and learn how many OS updates the Galaxy A15 5G and A15 4G will get.

Samsung sticks to a long-term OS update commitment and now joins the list of companies offering the best long-term OS updates and security patches with some big names, including Google. So, according to the software update policy, Samsung has offered both the Galaxy A15 5G and A15 4G a 4-year commitment to OS updates. Since launching with Android 14-based One UI 6, out of the box, the devices are eligible for getting new features and enhancements through 4 major OS updates until Android 18 and One UI 10.

On the flip side, the Galaxy A15 5G and A15 4G are committed to getting 5 years of security patch updates until 2028, or whatever Google decides, which means the devices will remain secure for a long time. So, you don’t have to worry about the security of these devices.
