Android 15 Tests Changeing The Iconic Place To Lock Screen Widgets

According to reports, Android 15 may re-introduce the lock screen widget with some changes. At the start of Android 15, Google may allow the sharing of widgets on the lock screen, so with the help of Glance, you do not need to unlock the device to get details.

Although it was disconnected some time ago, the company has decided to introduce it again with some changes. However, it is not confirmed on which device this feature is available. Some reports have said that it is currently only available for tablets, as Google is testing a change that could allow them to perform all the reactions on phones as well.

Android 15 will support separate lock screen widgets for tablets, which will not appear directly on the lock screen but should be supported in a separate place. To view this Glance, you must swipe up from the top. After the update, this feature can be seen in Android 15 Beta 1.2.

Google may soon roll out this feature for its Google Pixel. However, this feature is also available for Android and other smartphones, except for widget design. Apart from Google, this widget and Glance have also been seen on Samsung devices, and they will remind you of iOS software. This feature has yet to be seen in the features of Oppo, Vivo, and Realme devices. We hope that the company will roll out this feature soon.
