As you all know, Samsung recently rolled out the One UI 5.0 beta version for its flagship smartphone Galaxy S22 series. For information, smartphone companies start working on their UI whenever any major update is released by Google for Android. Following this, users of the S22 Series have downloaded the beta version of the One UI 5.0 Beta program for testing and experiencing the One UI 5.0 features ahead of its launch. At present, this beta update is available in limited regions only; South Korea, Germany, and the US and have the possibility of releasing soon for the other regions in the coming days. But most of the users have downloaded the One UI 5.0 beta update and even found the bugs also, they don’t know how to report a bug to developers so that they can fix it in an upcoming or stable update. So don’t worry; we have made this post to inform the One UI 5.0 beta users. 

How can you report a bug to One UI 5.0 developers?

The answer to this question is Samsung’s Member app; by this app, you can report a bug and give feedback to the developers. For this, follow these below simple steps:

  • Open the Samsung Members App.
  • Select “Beta feedback.
  • Write and click on the “Send feedback”.

Note I: Try to send the report within 3 minutes of finding the bug or error to ensure the report goes in the error report.

Note II: Do not close the app until you get a notification that feedback has been sent.
