BGMI May Soon Make Return Under Strict Govt Supervision With Trial Period Of 90 Days

For your information, let us tell you that BGMI developed and distributed by South Korea-based Krafton, was banned in India in July 2022 due to security reasons. Prior to BGMI, Krafton’s hugely popular PUBG Mobile was also banned in the country for similar reasons. Now there is good news for the BGMI lovers on the online platform that the Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) mobile game may soon return in India.

Now News18 reports through a government source that BGMI will be return for a three-month (90-day) trial period during which authorities will “closely monitor India to see if the app violates regulations.” If authorities suspect no violations have occurred during the trial period, the app will be available without restriction.

Furthermore, the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) will soon issue an order to unblock (return) the app from e-stores. Now you can wait a few days until it is officially unblocked on the e-store. Moreover, BGMI is expected to bring back the game with several changes to comply with the law of the land as assured by the makers.

Moreover, the source added that BGMI lovers would not be able to indulge in the game 24×7 as there will be restrictions on time limit and hours of play.
