Google Is Testing New Feature “Talk To A Live Representative” Pixel Holders’ Get Moving

Google is keeping an edge towards the easement of the consumers. They are now running a test on the applicability of their new feature, “Talk to a live representative,” which is to place a call request to the customer care of the desired service, wait for a hold, and afterward, you will receive a call from a representative available at the moment. Sometimes it is a headache to find and connect to the customer care representative through all the IVR options; with the help of this feature, you have to place a request, and they’ll automatically get in touch with you to help with the query.

Now, when you google search any customer care service number, there will be a prompt to “talk to a live representative.” You must simply call the service line and hold until the customer care representative picks up. Also, you can “request a call” with a reason and query regarding which you are calling. For instance, under the airline service, you can get information about existing booking updates, luggage issues, cancellations of tickets, missing flights, and delayed flight alerts. Also, you can do flight check-in with this.

This feature is in its testing stage, so it is not available for the layman, but we have information about the companies and businesses that support this in the testing stage.

Supportive Business Include:

  • Airlines: Alaska Airlines, Delta Airlines, JetBlue, Southwest Airlines, Spirit Airlines, United
  • Telecommunications: Assurance Wireless, Boost Mobile, Charter Communications, Cricket Wireless, Samsung, Sprint (presumably T-Mobile)
  • Retail: Best Buy, Costco, Gamestop, The Home Depot, Walmart, Services
  • Services: ADT, DHL, Fedex, Grubhub, Instacart, Securus Technologies, Stubhub, UPS, and Waste Management, Zelle
  • Insurance: Esurance, State Farm

A feature called “call me back” lets you get off the waiting line to get to the representative. Along with the existing “Duplex” feature combined with “talk to a live representative,” the mass will be icing on the cake. Duplex is a Google assistance service that helps you run and give commands to the Google Assistant while on the call. This also helps you to change passwords, book movie tickets, order food, and many more exciting functionalities.

This service is currently only available to US search lab users. But soon, it will be made accessible to Android and IOS users for their easement.
