We Are In February, But OnePlus 8/8T Series is Still Getting January 2023 Update [Updated]

On the other hand, the OnePlus 8/8T series users are collecting the update in Europe with build versions IN2013_11_F.62, IN2023_11_F.62, and KB2003_11_F.62, respectively.
