Nothing has started releasing a new software update for the Nothing phone (1). The Consumer tech company took to its Twitter handle yesterday to confirm the release of the new software update. The new update comes in the form of Nothing OS 1.5.4 and is based on Android 13. The Nothing OS 1.5.4 software update brings new changes as well as fixes several bugs. Moving on, this update is currently rolled out to limited users and is expected to be extended to more users in the coming days. Also, this update brings better performance and better battery life. As well as a customized brand font for the Cyrillic alphabet, developed by Kasia Mayer, a member of the company community.
Moreover, this update also brings the ability to scan UPI QR codes directly through the camera app. In addition, Nothing has also added the Google Safety Center with the latest update. The update also optimized the Bluetooth function in Quick Setting, allowing fast access to paired devices.
