WhatsApp is back with the new beta update. The company is rolling out a new beta update by introducing a new feature named ‘Channel update views’. WhatsApp is rolling out the latest, which has arrived with its own identification build number, which is v2.23.24.15. However, for now, the feature is in the developing stage and only available for some of the lucky beta testers, and the interesting ones can get this update through the Google Play Beta Program.

With this feature, the Channel owners will get the power to see the number of views of a specific channel update, and this will show up in the message bubble. Once the company rolls out this feature, it will help the channel owner not only to find how many audiences have viewed the update but also to make informed estimates about the number of people along with notifications authorized for their channel who see their content.

The interesting part of this update is that this feature will not be limited to the channel owners only, but the followers will also get the ability to see how many times a channel update was viewed. It seems that the reason behind working on this feature is to allow users to view how many times a channel update has been viewed, which can offer multiple advantages.

However, as mentioned above, this feature is still in the developing stage and is only available for beta testers. But it is expected that soon the company will make this update available to all.
