Not All Xiaomi, Redmi. & Poco Phones Will Get Android 14 with HyperOS

It’s been quite some time since Xiaomi launched its latest Xiaomi HyperOS stable update for its devices, which are eligible to get the update. In the meantime, the brand is rolling out the new HyperOS update, which is based on Android 14, out of the box; however, not all the phones will be eligible to get the HyperOS update. With that in mind, read on, as there are several devices that will possibly not receive the latest Xiaomi HyperOS update.

As per the fixed timeline of software support, Xiaomi has begun rolling out the latest Android 14-based HyperOS update to all of its eligible devices. However, it is obvious that not all the phones will receive the new HyperOS update, as they have completed their software update cycle, and it is expected that these devices will not receive any further software updates.

Although there are several Xiaomi, POCO, and Redmi devices that are currently running on the older MIUI skin, it’s possible that these are not eligible to receive the new Android 14-based HyperOS update.

It’s noteworthy that the devices receive their software updates according to the software update policy set by the brand for each of its devices, and it’s different for every device because of their capabilities.
