Google Seems to be Working on Gemini on Android; Might Bring Some Changes to Gemini Functionalities

Google has been working on improving Gemini for a long time. At the same time, the Android user experience might be getting set for new tweaks and upgrades as the company prepares the Android ecosystem for some useful yet innovative changes and improvements within the Gemini. Following some of the latest reports, Google is introducing some tweaks and other feature upgrades on Android.

Gemini on Android might bring changes, including user’s response on the top of the current app and uploading files to the Gemini app

According to the reports shared by PiunikaWeb, Google has been reportedly working on introducing some new upgrades within the Gemini functionalities for Android, allowing users to respond in an overlay, which means that the users can respond on top of their current app. This causes the user’s responses to appear on the top of the app they are currently using, eliminating the need to head back to the app for a response.

Moreover, in addition to the real-time response in an overlay, Gemini might also improve its Android app. In contrast, Android Authority also stated that other improvements are currently in progress, including the ability to upload files of any type to the Gemini app for users subscribed to the Gemini Advanced. However, this functionality is already available on the Gemini Web version

Further, it’s important to note that all the functionalities above for the Gemini for Android will probably be available to users. Still, these appear to be working significantly, suggesting that Google might launch these changes shortly for all the users on Android.
