Nord CE 3 Lite & Nord 2T Are OnePlus’ First Phones To Get September 2023 Security Update

OnePlus is currently busy with the Android 14-based OxygenOS 14 version testing for its flagship and mid-range devices. Now, the company is back on track with the release of the September 2023 Android security update for its devices, and the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G and Nord 2T smartphone users are the first to receive it. Other eligible phones will gradually start getting the new security update.

The latest OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G and Nord 2T update is available in India. It comes with firmware versions CPH2467_13.1.0.611(EX01) and CPH2401_11_C.29, respectively, and brings the September 2023 security patch that fixes various security and stability-related bugs and issues.

According to the information, the concerned devices are getting initial rollout in India. However, the company will roll out the new version and its benefits and improvements in more regions in the coming days.

As per the changelog, the latest firmware comes with some fixes and improvements in system functionalities. Additionally, concerned device owners will see minor improvements after installing the newest update.

How To Update:

OnePlus releases this software update in batches and suggests downloading it as soon as it appears on your notification panel. This firmware is being released via OTA, which may cause delays in the ‘update-access’ process. However, you can go to Settings >> About device >> OxygenOS version >> Download and Install it manually.
