OPPO Is Bringing an Alert Slider Similar To OnePlus Phones

OPPO is offering Alert Slider to its Oppo Find N3 Flip, which will be the very first device of the brand to get this facility. The Alert slider is a unique feature that helps users switch between different notification modes without navigating through the phone’s settings or notifications.

The brand announced the Oppo Find N3 Flip on August 29 and blessed it with an Alert slider facility out of the box, which is taken directly from OnePlus devices. It is often seen that OnePlus is taking inspiration from Oppo, but this time, the opposite has happened. This smartphone is quite ordinary compared to its predecessors.

OnePlus Alert Slider

Previously, OnePlus has offered the Aler Slider feature from 2014’s OnePlus 2. With this fantastic and convenient feature, the users are powered by a tactile switch to move between three modes: ringer, vibrate, and silent modes. However, it’s similar to the mute button available on iPhone but pretty flexible in how it can be used.

OPPO Alert Slider Called “Three-Stage Button

The brand placed the Alert Slider button to Find N3 Flip on its left side Oppo. Called the Alert slider button with another name, the “Three-Stage Button,” and elaborated it as; “Gently swipe, elegantly isolate the disturbance.”

Like OnePlus smartphones, the Alert Slider on the Oppo Find N3 Fli will be eligible to switch between ringer, silent, and vibrate modes. However, the notable fact is that whenever the Find N3 Flip takes the floor globally, the switch handles direction when the foldable is closed, as its place would turn upside down the controls. Meanwhile, it’s unclear whether Oppo will strategize to use the Alert Slider in its upcoming releases, but it would, beyond question, make sense. This change and improvement marked it as the best-upgraded hardware feature.
