Google Photos works exceptionally well on Android smartphones. Also, you can easily download your photos and videos in Google Photos. If you have used your free 15 GB space, it offers a paid tier which has more enhanced editing features, such as Photo Unblur and Magic Eraser. 

Apple Photos:

iCloud is specially built for iOS users so that they can store data and photos in the iCloud. iCloud provides several features, such as being highly integrated with Apple devices, seamless downloading and uploading of photos, and many more.

However, storage is only limited to 5 GB, and you can only export 1000 photos at a time, so while you are sharing to other Apple devices, it quickly starts filling up. You must subscribe for additional storage if you upload your media to Apple Photos. Also, Apple Photos does not offer various photo and video editing options as Google Photos. It is considered the most secure cloud storage because it is end-to-end encrypted. 

Amazon photos:

Amazon Photos offer a good alternative for free cloud storage for Amazon Prime members. It provides you with the option that you can store unlimited photos and videos up to 5GB free. If you are not a Prime member, then taking the Prime subscription can be costly. It also has affordable upgrade options for video storage. 

Microsoft 365:

Microsoft 365 is another option for cloud storage which uses OneDrive with a subscription. OneDrive is not a proper cloud storage option. Instead, you will need to upload your photos and videos manually, but it is used for storing files and works as cloud storage for photos. It can only store photos and videos up to 5GB. You can get 1 TB of storage with a Microsoft 365 subscription which can be very expensive if you have yet to subscribe.

Dropbox:

Dropbox is used as cloud storage for file sharing. If you have stored anything in your Dropbox and want to share it via links and emails, you can even create custom backgrounds and logos while transferring, and it will use Dropbox Transfer. It supports macOS, Linux and Windows for sharing. However, you can only transfer and store files up to 2GB for free.
