After much anticipation and rumors, Infinix is all set to launch its next and most stylish smartphone within the segment, the Infinix Smart 8, in the Indian market. While making it clear and official, the brand confirmed that the Smart 8 smartphone is launching in India, which is scheduled for January 13, 2024, and will be priced under the Rs. 7,000 price tag.
The forthcoming Infinix Smart 8 is going to be the next addition to its most affordable Smart Series, highlighting much improved camera capabilities in the Indian version as compared to the smartphone launching in global markets. On the flip side, the latest and forthcoming Infinix Smart 8 is going to come with some impressive functionalities at a significantly low price tag.
As confirmed by the brand, the Infinix Smart 8 will hold a 6.6-inch HD+ punch-hole display panel with a 90Hz refresh rate and an interactive magic ring. The smartphone is powered by the Unisoc T606 chipset, has expandable RAM up to 8GB, and is power-packed with a massive 5000mAh battery capacity.
In terms of its camera capabilities, the forthcoming Smart 8 phone is going to be equipped with a dual camera setup with a 50MP AI-powered main camera, which incorporates an intuitive and enhanced portrait mode and has AR shot features. On the front, the Infinix Smart 8 has an 8MP selfie snapper. Interestingly, the back panel comes with an LED flashlight that’s arranged in the form of a circular ring.
The Smart 8 is to ship with Android 13 and features four stunning color variants, including Rainbow Blue, Shiny Gold, Timber Black, and Galaxy White, respectively. With that, the Infinix Smart 8 is arriving in India on January 13, 2024. It will be available on Flipkart and will be priced in the Rs. 7,000 range.
