Along with the July 2023 software update, Xiaomi is rolling out monthly security maintenance patches and security and stability improvements. Along with Google patches, Xiaomi’s July 2023 update also includes additional MIUI bug issues and exposure items to ensure optimal system security on Xiaomi, Redmi and POCO devices.
As per the Xiaomi MIUI July 2023 security update, the new firmware improves your smartphone’s system security, stability, and performance to deliver a smooth and seamless user experience without any lags or interruptions. This is only an incremental update, so it only brings security maintenance and some general bug fixes.
You can install the fresh update on your Xiaomi, Redmi, and POCO smartphone through Settings > then tap on About phone > from here, tap on the MIUI version, then click the “Check for updates” button to start the update checking procedure.
If available, the phone will start downloading the latest software update for your device. If not, don’t worry, the update is slowly rolling out among Xiaomi smartphone users and may soon reach your smartphone. Let’s check if your device has received the update or not.
