We are comparing the chipsets which are used in smartphones. Coming from different manufacturers, one is from Samsung’s Exynos 1280 in Samsung M34, and the other is from Qualcomm, the Snapdragon 695 in the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite. You can easily find both these chipsets from mid-range devices. We have performed several tests to know which is better.
Snapdragon 695 Vs Exynos 1280:
Samsung’s 1280 is a 5nm chipset, whereas the Snapdragon 695 is a 6nm processor. Regarding the speed of both these chipsets, it is clear that the Exynos 1280’s speed clocks 9% more than that of the Snapdragon 695. We have performed several tests to know which is better.
Reboot test:
To check whether this chipset is better, the first test was performed by rebooting both the devices, the Samsung Galaxy M34 and the OnePlus CE 3 lite. After Rebooting both the devices, we found that there is a slight difference in the reboot time, and here, the OnePlus Nord CE 3 lite reboots faster as compared to the Samsung M34.
Lagging & heating issues:
To check lagging and the heating issue, we tested both smartphones in the sunlight. Both smartphones were used under the sunlight for 15 mins. It was found that the OnePlus was heating while the Samsung was not heating at all. So, it concludes that the Exynos 1280 is better than the Snapdragon 695.
Loading Speed:
In the next test, we opened BGMI on both smartphones; we found that while opening the Battleground Mobile India, The OnePlus device’s Snapdragon 695 was a bit faster as compared to the Exynos 1280.
Gaming Graphics:
Now in the next test, we tested the graphics of BGMI. So both smartphones offer HD settings within the game. However, regarding the frame rates, the Exynos 1280 only has a high frame rate, while the Snapdragon 695 has smooth and ultra frame rates. So for gaming, the Snapdragon 695 is the best option.
Lagging & heating issues:
In the next test, BGMI was played on both smartphones, and it was found that the Snapdragon 695 provides better performance as compared to Exynos 1280. However, the lagging issue was seen on both smartphones. But still, on comparing both the chipsets, the Snapdragon 695 is better than Exynos 1280.
On the other hand, talking about the heating issues, it was found that the Exynos 1280 doesn’t heat at all, but the Snapdragon 695 generates a small amount of heat.
Conclusion:
Apart from this, talking about the performance of both the chipsets, it was seen that both the chipsets give better performance. The Snapdragon 695 is better in terms of performance. It is the best chipset as it has passed almost all the major tests, which Exynos 1280 could not.
