2023 seems a countable year for X, formerly Twitter, because this year brings lots of new changes, and now it is bringing headlines back.

Earlier this year, Elon Musk changed the iconic blue bird icon and name of the platform as a rebranding. Then, remove the headlines from tweets, which results in a kind of confusion. Now, finally, it has been revealed that headlines are coming back on the platform.

This is being speculated by a post on X, formerly Twitter, shared by @elonmusk, and is an official handle of Elon Musk, which states;

In an upcoming release, X will overlay the title in the upper portion of the image of a URL card.”

By this statement, it is pretty clear that the brand is changing things back. Now, once the upcoming release gets rolled out, the users will again get the power to put an overlay title on their URL cards.

Basically, now the tweets will start showing headlines again. This is a countable change. For a couple of years, X has been a well-known and great source to not only just look at breaking news but also to get news from various news outlets. But I was shocked to relate when Elon Musk announced the removal of headlines from link previews, and it appears that he really took away from the serviceability of sharing links on the platform.
