Google Home Allows You Set Timer For Controlling Wi-Fi

Google Home recently got its latest update, which offers the users control over Wi-Fi, which allows them to set enhancement when to stop the internet connection to an individual or particular device. The update has rolled out with its identity version number of 3.5. 

With this update, users will get two new tabs for the Device Information page, offering them better and more control over Wi-Fi functionalities. According to information in the Home app, the device’s information portion will display two buttons: Prioritise and Pause. 

And the second choice consists of timer options; for instance, 30 minutes, 1, 2, 4, or 8 hours or Indefinite. So now fortunately, with this update now, users do not have to worry about when to turn on or off the Wi-Fi connection manually. 

By tapping on the tile, users are also eligible to end the task functionality. Apart from this, with this update, the company is providing the facility of icons for points and Family Wi-Fi. The brand has rolled out this update for iOS and Android devices. But on iOS, it is widely available and will soon be in Android through Play Store.
