OPPO A9 and A5 (2020) gets February 2021 security patch

OPPO has started pushing a new software update for OPPO A9 (2020) and OPPO A9 (2020) devices. The new update comes with February 2021 security patch. The new update comes on build number CPH1937EX_11_C.74 and CPH1931EX_11_C.74 respectively on ColorOS 7.1 based on Android 10.

However, both these devices are eligible company’s new Android 11 based ColorOS 11 skin. OPPO’s official announcement to start pushing the beta/stable version of ColorOS 11 which is based on Google’s Android 11, the brand has officially released a detailed upgrade timeline for the beta version of ColorOS 11 trial Update Roadmap for Global and Europe Users.

This new ColorOS version 11 is huge optimizations and tweaks as well. With this version, the OS feels more stock android finish. New features, animations are at another level.

According to the official roadmap, the OPPO A9 and A5 (2020) will receive the early access ColorOS 11 beta in Quarter 2nd in 2021 which means it will available in April, May, or June.
