Galaxy S20 FE Receives September 2023 Security Update In European Countries

A few days ago, Samsung rolled out the September 2023 security update for the Galaxy S20 FE smartphone in Poland. Now, the South Korean tech giant is rolling out the latest Android security update for the Galaxy S20 FE in Europe.

The new Galaxy S20 FE 5G software update comes with One UI build version G781BXXS8HWH8. The update is available in some European countries and could expand to more regions soon.

Samsung September 2023 Update: What’s New

Samsung has revealed that the September 2023 security update fixes more than 60 security vulnerabilities found in Galaxy smartphones and tablets. The new software for the Galaxy S20 FE doesn’t bring any new features or performance improvements, but we can expect this update to get some One UI 5.1.1 features and enhancements.

Furthermore, this latest security update focuses on better protection against harmful threats, viruses, and other privacy-related attacks. It also includes security improvements, bug fixes, stability optimizations, and function enhancements for a better user experience.

How to update:

If you have a Galaxy S20 FE 5G and live in Europe, you can now check for the new update. To check for the latest update, you need to open Settings, press on the Software Update option, and then click on the Download and Install option. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the latest software update.

On the other hand, the third One UI 6.0 beta firmware for the Galaxy S23 series improves the video player layout with controls that are easier to access. The new enhancements come with advanced speed controls that let users choose between multiple playback speeds from 0.25x to 2.0x
