Nubia Flip 5G Cheapest Foldable Device Launched Globally

Nubia has created a new stir by introducing its new version in the market because it is the cheapest flip model ever. It is an open challenge to other phones like the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5, Motorola Razr 40 Ultra, Tecno Phantom V Flip 5G, or Oppo. This Nubia Flip 5G was launched globally on Tuesday, April 9.

However, this phone comes with many features, which makes it capable of competing with other foldable phones. The display of this new Nubia Flip 5G includes a Full HD+, 1,188 x 2,790 pixels, OLED, 120 Hz refresh rate, while the similar screen on the outside is a 1.43-inch OLED cover with a screen resolution of 466 x 466 pixels. 

Under the hood, the device is powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage. The Nubia Flip 5G comes with a dual camera unit that includes a 50 MP primary sensor and a 2 MP depth sensor. The phone also consists of a 16 MP selfie camera. 

Moreover, the Nubia Flip 5G packs a 4,310 mAh battery with 33W wired fast charging support. It supports 5G,Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, and NFC in connectivity options. The phone measures 170 mm x 75.5 mm x 7mm when unfolded and weighs 209 gms. These features do not leave any shortcomings to make questions on the device. 

The phone includes a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security. Its dual-rail suspended hinge is claimed to withstand more than 200,000 unfolds. The Nubia Flip 5G is available in three color options: Cosmic Black, Flowing Lilac, and Sunshine Gold. It is available for pre-order in China and globally and will go on sale on April 23.

  • 12 GB+ 512 GB – $699 and approximately Rs.58,200.
