Google Removed The List of Countries That Support 5G Connectivity Service on Pixel Phones

Years ago, Google significantly offered a list of the countries that support 5G connectivity on Pixel devices. This list has the names of those countries where the 5G network is supported on Pixel Phones. The company updated this list after a while; in March, the total mark came to 38. However, Google has just removed the list of the countries that support the 5G network on Pixel phones.

Google Removed 5G Connectivity Service From Pixel Phones: Country List

As Pixel Phones’ 5G network support is limited to some selected countries, my Reddit thread significantly points out that Google has completely removed the list of countries supporting the 5G network on Pixel models. As mentioned above, the page initially offered a significant list of countries that support 5G service on Pixel phones, which has a total count of 38 countries. These are as follows:

  • Australia
  • Austria
  • Belgium
  • Canada
  • Croatia
  • Czech Republic
  • Denmark
  • Estonia
  • Finland
  • France
  • Germany
  • Greece
  • Hungary
  • Iceland
  • India
  • Ireland
  • Italy
  • Japan
  • Latvia
  • Liechtenstein
  • Lithuania
  • Luxembourg
  • Netherlands
  • New Zealand
  • Norway
  • Poland
  • Portugal
  • Puerto Rico
  • Romania
  • Singapore
  • Slovakia
  • Slovenia
  • Spain
  • Sweden
  • Switzerland
  • Taiwan
  • United Kingdom
  • United States

Google removed the Pixel 5G supported list and added a new support page

The country availability list of 5G-supported Pixel devices has now been converted into a support page that reads- Understand 5G compatibility & roaming on Pixel Phones. This new page does not provide details regarding the countries that support the 5G networks on Pixel devices; it states that to know 5G compatibility and other queries, Pixel owners must ask their carriers. In contrast, only some carriers offer 5G service for the Pixel devices.

Sadly, many people have complained that 5G network connectivity is not supported universally, although it could be considered that this is probably getting things back due to certain certifications and testing.
