OnePlus 9R Users Report Black Screen Issue After OxygenOS 13 F.21 Update

OnePlus is busy rolling out the major OxygenOS 13 update for mid-range devices. On the other hand, the company is slowly circulating the OxygenOS 13 F.21 update for OnePlus 9R smartphone users. But the new update doesn’t satisfy the users much. In the latest version, some OnePlus 9R users complained about black screen issues after the latest F.21 update installation.

The information is making its way from the community forum, where a OnePlus 9R owner describes the blank screen issue. The user said the defect had emerged after updating the phone to the latest OxygenOS 13 F.21 upgrade.

Here is what the OnePlus 9R phone holder said:

After few days of F.21 update in OnePlus 9R, today black screen issue faced by me and I was unable to perform any action then I restarted my device..and yes I already performed factory reset after updating my device. So dear officials I don’t want advices but take our feedbacks seriously 🙏

Agreeing with the statement, some users said they are facing the same issue and have yet to find a solution. As a result, the tech giant should keep a watch on such issues and take immediate action to eliminate them.

To fix the problem, these users have tried several tricks. For example, one OnePlus 9R owner restarted the phone thinking it might solve the problem. However, this did not help in any way. At the same time, users tried the factory reset option but still did not see any change.

Admittedly, the problem is common. A Smartphone is mainly known for its screen. And what if the main part ceases to function efficiently? The owner of the device gets very upset and frustrated with the work.

We expect the company to roll out soon a new update for the OnePlus 9R smartphone with better black screen issues fixed. Let us know if you are also dealing with the same issue.
