New WhatsApp Beta Update For iOS And Android, Brings Sharing Feature

WhatsApp has submitted a new update for iOS through the TestFlight beta program that brings the version to 24.2.10.70 and the version marked within WhatsApp setting is 2.24.2.70 and the TestFlight Build is 24.2.10 (5576696660). On the other hand, WhatsApp is rolling out a new update for Android through the Google Play Beta program, which will bring the version to 2.24.2.20. Earlier,WhatsApp has released some updates for Web,iOS and Android. 

It has released updates for Android 2.24.2.17 and The update which has come to iOS 24.2.10.70 which include the new ability to transfer ownership of channels. However, this new feature is still a work in progress. This will also give direct control and empowerment to channel owners over the ownership of their channels. This feature is still in development on WhatsApp beta for Android. It was previously available for iOS but was removed due to some bugs. 

Giving more information about this, whatsApp has said that it is important to take care because the process of transferring to another administrator, this action cannot be undone. Be sure and exercise caution before transferring ownership. Additionally, channel owners may use multiple phone numbers for various reasons such as personal and business exclusivity.

While Android 2.24.2.17 update,  it has launched another feature that allows users to share files up to 2 GB in size. This feature is not ready but the users can easily share files with people nearby as per a new feature.

This new feature of WhatsApp through end to end encryption will make it safe to share files even in unknown networks. This ensures privacy and security in every file exchange. WhatsApp always lacked the sharing feature and now by developing it has given a new identity to its app.
