WhatsApp Lets You Record Video Messages

From bringing the official service of the WhatsApp application on Wear OS-based watches to changing the old silhouette to a person’s initials, WhatsApp just keeps getting better by introducing tons of new features and enhancements.

The introduction of voice messages to WhatsApp has changed the way of communication by offering full security and privacy to users. Now the Meta-owned messaging application has further built-up this voice message feature and is going to release the Instant Video Message feature, which has already begun to roll out and will be available to everyone soon in the coming weeks.

WhatsApp: The Instant Video Message Feature:

WhatsApp has begun rolling out the new Instant Video Message feature which allows users to record short personal videos and send them to their friends directly in the chat section. Video messages are an expressive way to reply to chats with whatever you want to say. You can record a short video message of up to 60 seconds and can share it instantly on the chat.

It is a real-time enjoyment as you can share your precious moments with all feelings like wishing someone a happy birthday, sharing old memories, and many more. You can easily share 60-second long personal Video messages with the protection of end-to-encryption provided by WhatsApp to keep your message safe and secure.

Sending a Video message is pretty simple. You just need to tap the button to switch to video mode, and press and hold to record a video. To record your video on the hands-free mode you just need to swipe up to lock and the video will start recording automatically. While in the chat, the videos will be playing automatically on mute unless you tap on the particular video to unmute the sound to listen to what the video is saying.
