Soon after acknowledging the current issue, WhatsApp has started pushing the latest bug-fix WhatsApp beta for Android update with a 2.24.1.17 version, which allows users to significantly delete or forward their status updates without facing any issues. So, users can install the latest WhatsApp beta for Android that has the above-mentioned version number from the Google Play Store.

In addition, this latest build is rolling out for Android beta testers, and do note that you must install the latest build to use the latest version of WhatsApp without facing any bugs or glitches.
