After rounds of leaks and rumours, POCO has now officially launched the new POCO X5 5G smartphone in India. The mid-range smartphone comes with a 6.67-inch Super AMOLED display, 48MP triple cameras, Snapdragon 695 processor, and 5,000mAh battery.

POCO X5 5G has been launched in two storage variants, 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant priced at Rs 18,999 and 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant priced at Rs 20,999. Buyers can avail flat Rs.2,000 off on POCO X5 5G (6GB+128GB) with ICICI Bank offer.
Availability:
The POCO X5 5G will be available for purchase starting March 21 exclusively through Flipkart.

This revelation comes from POCO India, who took to Twitter to confirm the POCO X5 5G’s Indian launch date, availability, and more. However, the company didn’t reveal the X5 5G’s Specification in India, so we’ll have to wait to know more about the POCO X5 5G specification in India.
Previously, the company teased the POCO X5 India price range and took to social media channels to share the first teaser for the upcoming launch. The teaser has revealed that the POCO X5 price in India will be under Rs 20,000 in India
POCO X5 5G Launch Date:
Recently, the company has confirmed the POCO X5 5G launch date, which is set to launch in India on March 14th at 12:00 PM via the official website and another e-commerce website, Flipkart.com. The teaser poster confirms that the device will come with a powerful Snapdragon 5G processor and 120Hz Super AMOLED display.
POCO X5 5G Specifications:
We expect the Indian version to launch simultaneously as the global version so that the POCO X5 will feature a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with 1080×2400 pixel resolution, 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, 1200nits peak brightness, and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 layer.
The phone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC coupled with Adreno GPU, up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM, and 128GB/256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. Running the show is Android 12-based MIUI 13 custom skin out-of-the-box.
At the back, it packs a 48MP primary camera which is paired with an 8MP ultra-wide angle lens and a 2MP macro sensor. On the front is a 13MP selfie shooter housed in the centre-aligned punch hole cutout. The smartphone is equipped with a massive 5,000mAh battery pack that supports 33W fast charging.
