WhatsApp Is Rolling Out A New Feature To Community Group Chats

WhatsApp is stretching abilities in community group chats for iOS users. The company is all set to roll out its latest update for iOS users, through which it is offering a new feature for community group chats. The community members will get more controlling power by this update. Let’s discuss more about this update.

What’s New In WhatsApp’s Latest Update For iOS

WhatsApp is Rolling out the latest update for iOS devices, which is holding up its unique 23.19.76 version number so that iOS owners can quickly identify the update. The company makes the update available on the App Store so interested users can download it.

With this update, the company is offering a feature in the community groups through which the community admins will get one more ability to choose who can add members to community group chats.

The community admins are receiving a new power, so they can choose who will be able to add members to community chats. In the community settings screen, a new toggle is added, which shows two options: first is “Everyone” and below that “Only community admins.” If the admin chooses Everyone, all community members will be able to add other members.

But if the admin chooses only community admins, only community admins have the power to add members. In simple words, it’s all up to the admin directly.

Some users already have these new features on their accounts, but those who have yet to get them can wait. In future updates, the company will make this feature available to all.
