The OnePlus is announcing the OxygenOS 14 Closed Beta testing for the OnePlus 8T. So now the owners of this device also get the power to experience OxygenOS 14 in advance. For now, the brand is announcing this OxygenOS 14 closed beta program in the India region only, and soon, the brand will make this update available in more regions. Through this program, the owners of the OnePlus 8T, currently residing in India, can easily experience OxygenOS 14 and also can submit feedback as well as suggestions. 

The users must hurry up! For this program, the brand has set a quota of only 200 users. Interested ones can apply for this program from November 13 until the specific number of applications is reached. Also, before applying for the OxygenOS 14 closed beta program, the users must ensure that their phone has been updated to the detectable version, KB2001_13.1.0.582(EX01). 

The users can easily able to apply for the program by following the steps mentioned below; 

  • Go to Settings >> About device >> Up to date >> Click the icon on the top right >> Beta program >> follow the instructions to apply. 

The update, along with new features, improvements, and changes, also includes some known issues, such as a stuttering issue while switching on the “Hide gesture guide bar” without transition animation. 

Known Issues

  • The corresponding online ringtones are not displayed on the Contact page.
  • The screen might flash when clicking to open the Weather card on the Shelf.
  • There is a stuttering issue when switching on the “Hide gesture guide bar” without transition animation.
