Google Is Testing With Play Store’s Bottom Bar

The Google platform keeps getting better with each and every update that comes out. It keeps on testing new features and tries to bring new enhancements through updates. Now, Google is testing by bringing a minor change within the Play Store, which is related to the bottom bar.

Earlier, while navigating Google Play Store, the four tabs present at the bottom bar disappear when you open any app listing. This setting is going to change soon by Google.

While visiting the Google Play Store now, you notice the four tabs at the bottom bar, which include Games, Apps, Offers and Books respectively. Google is planning to bring a minor change to the bottom bar in which the four tabs present at the bottom will not disappear when you open any app listing.

Also, this bottom bar disappears when we visit the Search Apps & Games tab, Manage Apps and Device settings, and pending updates section. It’s a seamless change when we are on the main feed of apps and games. But this change is not so useful when searching for any app or updating any app.

This minute change in the bottom bar lets users quickly navigate the apps and games. As it is clear that this change is not persistent, it is a semi-permanent change that might come in future.
