Meta owned “Threads‘ ‘ is not even a month old and it has more than 100 Million of downloads. There’s talk about it everywhere, and still it remains a favourite topic for controversy. It has been only a few days and the company is continuously giving updates to its according to the fans demand and convenience. Company released its latest update for Threads, in which the company is providing two new taps named as “Following” tab and the other is “For You” tab.
Since it was launched, users could see all the trending Threads in its feed whether they are following them or not, which seems a bit frustrating. Because users facing these difficulties look up the post of whose, whom they are following.
Threads: Following & For You Tab
But as a solution to this issue, the company released a new update for “Threads”. In which two different new tabs are offered to the users. However, users must already know these two tabs because both of the tabs already exist in Twitter, which is the “Following” tab and “For You” tab.
In the Following tab the users now allow to see all the posts of the people, whom they are following. This seems a huge and convenient update because without any disturbance the users can see the posts of the people whom they are following first at the feed. This Following tab will be visible to the users on the top left side in the main interface of Threads.
Alongside, the other tab is “For You” tab, which offers the users to look at all the trending threads, videos posted on the Threads. This allows the users to look at all the Thread’s posts even if they are following them or not. This tab will be visible on the Top right side in the main interface of the Threads.
Fortunately, the company rolled out this latest update for both the Android as well iOS users. Update is still popping out as a server-side switch and working on both beta version as well as stable versions of Threads. This update has come, but those who haven’t received it. they can wait a bit.
