After a long test, Xiaomi has now finally started rolling out the Android 13-based MIUI 14 major software update for the Redmi Note 11 smartphone in India. This new update brings a lot of great features and cosmetic changes to take the user experience to the next level.
The Android 13-based MIUI 14 software update for Redmi Note 11 comes with build version V14.0.1.0.TGCINXM and consumers will need to download a 3.5GB installation package. The June 2023 security patch has also been mentioned in the changelog for better device security and stability.
Going forward, the update is being rolled out in India initially and will be rolled out to users in more regions in the coming days or weeks. Accordingly, the software is currently available only to Mi Pilot testers. Thus, after ensuring stability, the Chinese tech will release the update more widely.
