The latest S24 series has arrived with numerous impressive features and specifications, especially the Galaxy AI that has arrived within the Galaxy S24 Ultra device with a number of new advancements and AI-powered features. At the same time, users have already begun facing the eminent green line issue within the new S24 Ultra.
Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra Green Line Issue (Report): It’s been only a few weeks since Samsung unveiled the latest Galaxy S24 Ultra device, and users have already started facing the very famous green line issues on their newest unit of the S24 Ultra. Whereas, in the US, a few users have significantly reported that they have become the victims of this most eminent green line issue. In contrast, not only Samsung, but several other smartphone brands have also become victims of these weirdly occurring green line display issues.
Likewise, a Reddit user has shared information regarding this issue, illustrating that just six days after purchasing the newly launched Galaxy S24 Ultra, he noticed that the green vertical line and a white horizontal line started running on the phone’s display, which is very annoying. Even performing the reboot and factory resetting failed to solve the issue.
On the flip side, another Reddit user shared an image, suggesting that a vertical green line suddenly started appearing on the newly-purchased Galaxy S24 Ultra display screen. However, both users have struggled to get the screen and device replacements through the offline Galaxy Stores, where the devices have been purchased.
As of now, it’s not yet clarified whether the green line issue within the Galaxy S24 Ultra has been widely spread or if it’s just limited to a few devices only. Simultaneously, these types of technical issues are not expected with such a renowned smartphone brand.
