VIVO-sub brand iQOO is rolling out a major Android 13-based FuntouchOS 13 stable update for the iQOO Z6 Pro and Z6 5G smartphone users in India and brings the latest security update for better device stability and reliability.
These phones come with different capabilities and enhance the prowess of the device. On the other hand, iQOO introduced Z6 5G and Z6 Pro 5G phones in the Indian market that pack Android 12-based FuntouchOS 12 OS out of the box.
According to the information, the iQOO Z6 and Z6 Pro in India are getting FuntouchOS 13 update with build version – PD2165GF_EX_A_13.1.11.3.W30.V000L1 and PD2193F_EX_A_13.1.11.3.W30.V000L1, respectively. And a package size of around 4.76/5.21 GB. The FuntouchOS 13 update not only comes with a bunch of new features but also brings some new customization options to give users more control over their phones.

FuntouchOS 13 brings lots of new highlights over the FuntouchOS 12, such as new UI color & Monochrome icon, a Phone cooling feature to iManager, App pinning, Screen pinning, a Taskbar in the Notification center, and much more.
Also, this update brings the Hidden Photos and Videos feature that lets you hide photos and videos in albums. Additionally, it also comes with a new photo picker feature, which offers a more secure way to share media.

- Added more color types to the color palette in Colour adaptation and allowed colors to be applied to home screen icons.

- Added the Phone cooling feature to iManager. By reducing the running of apps, the CPU frequency will be intelligently towered to reduce overheating.
- App pinning & Screen pinning
- Added two fixation modes to enhance privacy protection when phones are temporarily refined or shared. App pinning allows the other party to only access a certain set of the app. Screen pinning allows the other party to only access apps on a certain set screen.
- Accessibility for Setup Wizard
- Upgraded Accessibility features in Setup Wizard to support more Accessibility features, such as Colour correction, Colour inversion, and Remove animations.

If you want to download the FuntouchOS 13 software update on your iQOO Z6 Series, first go to the device’s Settings. Here, scroll down and tap on System Update, then wait for the latest update for a while and tap on Download & Install tab, and that’s it.
