OPPO has released the stable version of the new ColorOS 12 based on Android 12. The currently compatible devices are OPPO Reno5 Lite, OPPO Reno4 Lite, OPPO Reno5 F, OPPO Reno4 F, OPPO A94, OPPO A93, OPPO F19 Pro, and OPPO F17 Pro.
According to some announcements on the OPPO community forums, the company is sending an official version of the latest ColorOS 12 based on Android 12 OS. The update is currently limited to users but is likely to be extended to other countries soon. Finally, among the innovations of the latest ColorOS, space for the new design, new features (such as FlexDrop ), and the Smart Sidebar 2.0, which includes six new widgets.

Upgrade Must-Knows
- Please backup important data on the phone before updating to avoid the data loss caused by incompatibility or other unforeseen circumstances.
- After updating to the latest version, the operating system will do several actions to optimize your device automatically. It might lead to your device heating, lagging, and fast battery draining. The Official Version is released, you can get it in 2 ways by the following steps:
- Click [Settings] – [Software Updates] – Detect the ColorOS 12 version and update
- For Official Version Users: Please make sure that you are updated to the latest official version of ColorOS 11.
